This is a 2001 Ford Taurus SES. This vehicle is in excellent running condition, and is my wife's daily driver. Exterior Condition: It's only real flaws are cosmetic; paint chips, dings, etc. All fairly standard for a vehicle of it's age. The worst exterior issue is a rust spot above the rear driver's side wheel (see photos). Interior Condition: The interior is is fairly clean and in good condition (see photos). There are a couple stains in the backseat (thanks to our daughters) that don't show so well in the photos, but no rips or tears anywhere in the interior. No broken or missing trim. Once again, please see the included photos for a good sense of this vehicles condition. Mechanical Condition: This vehicle is in excellent running condition. My wife drives it daily. About four months ago it had a tune-up, with all new plugs and wires (see photo), and has never missed an oil change or been driven aggressively as long as we have owned the vehicle, since April of 2005. It has been adult owned and driven. As you can see in the photos, the rims are all original and in fairly good condition, and there is plenty of tread left on the tires (new last fall). This vehicle has a clean title, and has never been in an accident. The carmax inspector said he believed it had paintwork done, but it has not since we purchased the vehicle in 2005.
