This is a beautiful 1955 Ford F-100 pickup truck. This IS the truck that built America! It looks great, turns heads, and gets thumbs-up'ed everywhere it goes. It is a reliable driver, everything works as it is designed, and doesn't NEED anything to keep it that way. You will feel secure driving it to work during the week, or the strip on the weekends. A real plus for you dads out there, these trucks were simple to work on, and makes a great father/child project for that teenager who is going to need a car in a year or two. Just a few highlights: Engine is a Mercury Y-Block V-8 with a rebuild completed approximately 30K Miles ago. The tramsmission is 3-speed manual "on-the-tree" shifter. Truck has been converted to 12 volt and has a PowerGen alternator to maintain the 6 volt generator appearance. Original 12 volt converter is still in place. Water pump was replaced 800 miles ago. Wheels and tires were replaced approximately 200 miles ago. Wheels are primer grey Wheels Vintique with Ford center caps and beauty rings. Tires are wide-white Coker Classics. New exhaust and new battery, just last week! All new chrome badging, door handles, mirrors, and tail lamps. Heater and defroster work great, and truck has stock emergency flashers!
