For sale is my personal 2001 Jaguar XJR Supercharged 4.0 Liter V8. This is a super clean, rare, well maintained black on black model. It has great tires with LOTS of tread left, ICE cold A/C, tinted windows, heated seats. Its black leather interior is in near perfect condition. It has the optional factory navigation system. I believe I may be the second owner of this car, as it appears it was a corporate lease car & had maintenance done at the Jag dealer. I’ve had her garage kept. There are no “check engine” lights on or anything like that. This XJR is in beautiful shape, but do keep in mind it is ten years old now. If you are reading this, I'm sure you don't need a lesson about the RARE supercharged XJR. This is the 4.0 litre 370hp version. You also know I've priced this car right. This is a nice, no nonsense Jag XJR. I would not hesitate to jump in this car & drive it cross-country, as it has never let me down. The drive train is solid. The transmission shifts smoothly. The supercharger works as it should. Recently, I spent a fortune on suspension parts (shocks, mounts, etc,) only to find out two of the rims were slightly warped. Had them repaired at Metro Wheels & she rides fine now at all speeds. Other recent maintenance includes belt and thermostat replacement. The only negative things are the headliner is sagging in the back & the sunroof has been disabled shut tight due to a little broken plastic clip on the rail. There is wear on the drivers door armrest where your left elbow rests (see photo) Included with this sale are the full sized spare (matching rim) factory owners/service manual package, factory floor mats, factory navigation CD, one key & remote, and a folder with maintenance documents. I didn't notice, but the towel I used to dry the car just prior to taking most of these photos left a lot of lint on the car. In one photo especially (showing the tire tread) it appears there is something wrong with the paint. Its just lint from the drying towel! The paint is in EXCELLENT condition!
