Up for auction is my 1989 Dodge W250 pickup with an automatic transmission, 4x4 with manual lock out hubs, 6 cylinder Cummins turbo diesel, and Rusty; RUSTY, body. Frame and axles look normal for age, but the floor on driver side is rusted away and will need replaced along with several body panels that are included in the sale including both fenders and doors. I also have a front bumper included. I bought this truck a couple months ago as a truck to rebuild. I figured I would get around to welding the floors back in and giving it a proper paint job, but I have not found time to do so and could rather use the money. This truck can't be driven on the road because the brake lines are all bad, the transmission leaks fluid but does shift properly, and the serpentine belt is bad. I would suggest bringing a trailer or have me haul it for a fair fee. That being said, the motor as shown in video starts on the first click of key, 4x4 works good, and the body is salvageable. Clear title if buyer wants it, I am selling this truck as a parts truck since I have no experience with it on the road. This vehicle auction will be run with no reserve, so the highest bidder will own it regardless of final price. I feel ebay auctions should always have a winning bidder and placing a reserve price on listings only takes away from the auction experience. A $200.00 refundable deposit on the truck is required within 24 hours of the auction closing to cover ebays high fees. If winning bidder wants to pick up the truck within 24 hours the paypal deposit is not required. The deposit is non refundable if the winning bidder fails to pick up or at least pay in full by the required time set on this auction; which is ten days after auction ends. I want make it clear that if you examine the truck and find I have not listed it accurately I will not hold you to buying it and will still leave positive feedback on your account along with refunding your deposit minus $50.00 for listing fees. I am not using ebay to scam people out of money, its a great marketing tool to get my items to the most viewers. I also need to make it clear that this is not a get out of jail free card giving buyers the opportunity to come kick the tires. If you win the bid you must prove that I have inaccurately listed it. Exterior: As shown in both the video and photos, the body is very rough. The tires are in great condition, I put them on when I first got the truck home. Manual hubs work, exhaust is loud. Tailgate is in good condition but truck is missing tail gate hinges so you can not use it until new ones are welded on. Glass in good condition. Lights work, brake lines are shot, transmission leaks fluid, rear bumper is useless. As stated above, I have two good fenders and two good doors, along with a bumper, that go with this auction. Interior: Interior shows it's use as a work truck. It has manual windows, after market gauges including pyro, cd player, floor shifting 4x4, and useable bench seat. Powertrain: Motor runs great, has little to no blow by, no smoke at idle. Oil is nice and black. I have only driven the truck around my shop but I did check 4x4 and it works. 4x4 has high and low, along with 2 wheel high. Transmission coolant lines leak and need replaced. A/C compressor has seized and the belt needs rerouted or another compressor installed. Overall a very worthwhile project or take the powertrain out and put it in your truck.
