Stock frame with a 4" over rigid frame added. Painted metallic graphite gray/black and clear coated for durability. Wheels are early sixties racing BSA that were rebuilt and powder coated black. 4.0/18 rear with Dunlop K70 tire. It has a 2 shaft system. The front wheel was also rebuilt and powder coated. It has the racing vents built in on the left side and looks really cool as you can see the brake shoes through the slots. It has Dunlop K70 3.50/19 tire installed. The gas tank is stock that has a two-tone chrome finish- the top is polished and the sides are satin finish with a gold pinstripe in between. It has new brass fuel valves and new emblems fitted. Very cool real alligator skin custom seat. Super comfortable. The rear fender is an aluminum Factory Metal works ribbed design painted black with a gold pinstripe and clearcoated. the end part is polished aluminum. Vintage Lucas 6" headlight installed. The forks are BSA racing version that have the damping valve incorporated. they have been shortened 2 inches. There is a brace bolted to both forks. The brake plate has been polished. The engine has been completely rebuilt with new bearings, including the gearbox bearings, and balanced. Rebored cylinders with .020 oversize pistons. New valves/guides/springs. The side covers have been polished. New clutch plates. Rebuilt Amal monoblock carbs with a set of very cool custom aluminum intake manifolds. The ignition is fitted with a new Boyer electronic system with new coils/wires/connectors. Also a podtronics voltage regulator installed with a new battery. Super reliable, one kick starter.
