1940 Cadillac LaSalle Series 52 Touring Sedan This rust-free black cherry auto is in very good condition. It is an early restoration with very good chrome and a straight body. The battery (6 volt) was replaced and the brakes were overhauled in 2010. This car has been driven less than 1,000 miles since 2003 and never in the rain. The paint is good , but not a "show car", and is always kept in a garage. The interior is in good shape. The headliner is original and in good condition. The seats are gray cloth with NO rips. The front passenger door panel and a rear armrest needs repair. The radio, clock and heater are inoperable. The headlights, rear lights, turn signals and dash lights work properly. This car comes with the 1940 Cadillac LaSalle Data Book, an operating manual and other literature.
