I am an ASE certified mechanic currently working for Nissan and most of the work on the car was done by me personally. The car was dynoed a while ago and before some of the mods listed were done to it, at wyotech (the automotive school I attended). The dyno we were using kept loosing the ignition signal during the runs. What I managed to get out of the results was 409 ft-lbs of torque at around 4000 rpm and about 373 hp. The car with its current mods has run a best time of 12.90 at 106 mph in the quarter mile. I aligned the car with custom specs to even out the understeer these cars naturally have. What it Needs: First off a nice new paint job would be nice. The clearcoat is peeling all over the car. there are 2 minor rust near fenders. There is also minor body damage to the front bumper from being driven at idle into a chainlink fence. The car with its current mods has the potential to run in the 11's with proper engine tuning and engine management. Im sorry to say that I have had no luck trying to get a consistent tune out of the emanage and factory computer. They do not get along well and the emanage is full of bugs. To get this car to its full potential it needs to have an AEM standalone engine management system installed any professionally tuned. Also there is currently a set of 255/40/zr17 fusion ZRI tires on the car and the front ones are starting to showing thread on the inside edge. The rears probably have about 5 32nds on them. I will include a set of 225/55/R17 bridgestone RE097 tires with about 6 32nds on them, with the car for no extra charge if you want them. I replaced the alternator about 3 years ago and it has been weak ever since. I believe i got a faulty one, the car will run alright but its not putting out what it should be. 2 of the wheels i refinished and painted white and i never got around to the other 2.
