1950 Willys CJ-3A civilian jeep 4x4. We used for hunting and lake vehicle. Tag /serial # says CJ3A-38609 Original 4 cylinder engine was rebuilt 10 years ago - yearly driven miles are between 2-15 miles. 4x4- transfer case operates fine. No P.T.O - though there is a plate on transfer case where it looks like one would be attached. Starts right up - though very under-used vehicle.Owned by my uncle and owned preiously by the railroad. My uncle installed a heater, bought the canvas top/doors etc.. supposedly did axle work, clutch , driveshaft replacements and misc other stuff when engine was rebuilt also put on new carb. 12 Volt system now. Rust in several areas - but been here in Dry New Mexico for quite a while. Hood has a section on each side that is riveted/replaced - don't know why though. Headlights not working ( switch?) but tail lights are fine - no turn signals. Speedo not working - mileage stopped at 648 miles. Extra parts included - whatever i can find anyway. There is a torn part of canvas top ( driver side windshield area). Also the windshield is cracked on the passenger side - luckly the glass is flat and relatively cheap!
