have had this scooter for 6 yrs its been in storage for the past 2 yrs. it will prob need a new battery and a carb clean to start. it has all lights a horn and electric start.. no title... I REPEAT I DO NOT HAVE THE TITLE.. none was supplied when i bought it and i have never been hasseled even though the plate expired over 10 yrs ago
