2002 Volkswagen Jetta Wagon, 5-speed manual, Turbo Diesel (TDI).This wagon was originally equipped with a 2 liter gasoline engine and an automatic transmission. It doesn't have those anymore. Now it sports a 100hp turbo diesel engine with 159K miles from a Jetta sedan. Service records available for the donor car, and carfax will be provided for both cars on request.During the engine installation, the car received new engine oil and filter - VW 505.01 spec oil and OEM filter, just what this engine is used to its whole life. The coolant is fresh, power steering fluid has been flushed, the brakes, including rotors are fresh. The Car has no rust whatsoever, a good exhaust system, nice tires and all maintenance is up to date. The spare tire and tool kit are all present. The car has black cloth seats, power windows and locks, ABS, and a nice Alpine stereo system. everything works, no error codes, no check engine lights, no problems. Easy to register as a diesel and a fully legitimate conversion in most every state in the US, though state rules vary - please check before bidding. I know that when registering in NY, check off "Diesel" on the registration form and you're done. The car is listed locally. I reserve the right to end the auction early.
