TITLE AND TAGS ALL PARTS MENTIONED IN THIS ADD COME WITH THE CAR VIN number 569M6039 origional drivetrain with est. 95,000 origional miles THIS VEHICLE IS SOLD AS IS WHERE IS PERIOD origional power steering works great BUYER RESPONSIBLE FOR PICK UP OF VEHICLE origional power brakes work good NO RETURNS NO REFUNDS PERIOD origional dual exhaust with patched in thrush glasspacks LOOK AT PICS YOU BE JUDGE OF CAR WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT I HAVE 1406 edelbrock carb(have origional 4 barrel carb/retro air cleaner) I really wanted to fix this car up but dont have the time or funds anymore :( general info: This car is extremely fun to drive and gets lots of attention everytime its out the rocket motors was a force to be reckoned with back in the 50's and are sought after for vintage hot rod builds.The dash is gorgeous and intact (see pic) sat in a barn for 20 years previous owner brought it to daylight I was told its out of eastern WA. Someone in the past put vintage yankee tri-bar custom side mirrors made in 1958?! (see pic) This car has surface rust Floors are amazingly clean inside for its age (see pics) The car needs odds and ends to be an awesome daily driver or take it down to restore, hot rod, rat rod, pull motor for other projects ect. Tires and rims are in good shape but dont look good on the car in my opinion. 99% of all original parts are there. The Hydra transmission ranges look like this P DR N S(speed) LO speed drive is meant for performance its a range that keeps you in each gear longer. The tranny leaks a little (old gaskets) you have to let off the gas to shift from first to second, thats the only problem with tranny i was told it was the old gaskets? always used lucas oil zinc additive with oil change because newer oil chemical makeup can damage the rings (thats what i was told). new parts and services installed: new after market gauges oil pressure/batt volts/temp (dash is NOT cut into, mounted under dash,see pic) new after market tail lights installed $85 a piece w/o shipping! also have originals new 1 wire alternator upgrade new inline gas filter by carb new battery new battery hold down rebuilt harmonic balancer new thermostat new water pump new thrush glasspacks (dual exhaust) new spark plugs and wires new hoses and belts new edelbrock 16in air cleaner(have origional retro air cleaner) radiator serviced and system flushed new radiator cap new oil filter (cannister style) with gasket new inline gas filter by carb new locking gas cap (have key) reproduction owners manual ALL STAINLESS TRIM AND CHROME PARTS ARE THERE needs: -hydramatic jetaway tranny needs gaskets minor leak -manual or electric choke hooked up if you live in a cold climate -interior is origional its all there but will need to be reupholstered. dash uplostry is still intact! -steering wheel is cracking (typical) -slight body damage on rear drivers side blinker housing. The previous owner backed into something on the lower rear corner instead of fixing it right he put filler over it like an idiot and now its coming off he aslo primed the car and did not do any correct prep work.
