Vehicle Detail
Selling my 1946 Ford Truck. You will not find a more original truck that runs and drives. Fun to drive like is, or make it the way you want~rat, rod or restore- it has great potential for all. Most people at car shows tell me that this truck is in better shape than what they started with. Must see. It has been a blast to get running and drive, taken to 4 car shows. Always gets more attention than the fancy rigs. It got a 1st place trophy in 'Oldies but Goodies' category. The body has rust and dents, but that is what makes it so cool. I put about 2500 miles on it in 2009, used to drive back and forth to work daily ( 30 miles round trip daily all spring and summer). My son thought it was cool enough to drive to prom. Original Flat Head V-8 motor 239, 100 HP, speedway headers, 3 speed on the floor (factory), rebuilt wheel cylinders, rebuilt master cylinder, speedway stump puller starter, converted to 12 volt 1 wire GM alternator on speedway bracket, new belts, new hoses, new fuel pump, plugs/wires/points, replaced rear main seal and pan gasket-clutch is good, has all glass, windows roll up and down. Fuel cell in bed. It does not come with the slots, but will have rims and tires on it. Clear MN title. Where else will you find a truck of this age and originality that runs and drives. I would be willing to deliver for a fee, depending upon the distance. Action may end sooner due to Local Sale. On Apr-02-11 at 07:00:34 PDT, seller added the following information: This truck has NO BONDO. Great start to a KILLER Truck! On Apr-02-11 at 08:45:33 PDT, seller added the following information: Please note~ the last 2 pics I have added are before I put the box back on. I put a pallet on the back for a flat bed. And the other one is of my son, he drove this truck for his Junior Prom.
