This timeless Supercharged Sedan is one beautiful looking car. Repainted in super GLOSS Black as opposed to the Anthracite charcoal gray metallic that they normally are, it really stands out and turns a lot of heads. This truly is SO much car for the money that it is even almost hard to believe! We purchased this car outright as we ourselves just could not refuse such a collectible fun awesome car as this. Jaguar only made these 6 cylinder Supercharged XJ Sedans for a two year run only. So this is one special car that is very collectible and is a BLAST to drive. These s/c 6 cyl. are super nimble, light feeling, very comfortable, fast and handle like a two door sports car! The torque when the Super Charger Boosts really throws you back in your seat making one very exciting experience that needs to be felt first hand as words just can not describe it. For a full size sedan the responsiveness is quite impressive to say the least. As for the condition of this black beauty, the body is in really phenomenal shape and the true Jaguar "Purists" like ourselves out there should be able to see that it has the newer 1998-2003 Jaguar Sedan nicer looking upgraded headlamps and a nice aftermarket stainless exhaust as well as being Gloss Black because Jaguar never really made a "True Black" color in this vintage sedans. So the beautifully done and complete repaint on this car had to cost at LEAST $5k in our opinion, as it really is that nicely done. The body is very straight and there is no surface rust showing, there are no noticeable scratches or door dings either. The special polished Diamond cut 17 inch Alloy XJR wheels have no curb rash on them and all the rubber has plenty of tread life left. The car runs great and drives nice and straight. The interior has only minor blemishes like the power seat switch is broken and the headliner is drooping down in the back. The seats show only signs of normal wear and tear, there are no rips or tears in any of the leather. And the wood is all in really nice shape. The N.A.D.A. value is over $6k for this car for "Clean" condition and this car is definitely well above just "Clean" condition in our opinion. And we are just letting it go in attempts to clean up a lot a little as we have currently have WAY too many sedans in stock right now!!
