This is barn fresh 1978 Honda 750 K. Mostly original right down to factory exhaust (which has light surface rust only. They are not rotted out) . Bike has been in storage for several years. Was partially disassembled possibly for a restore project. When we purchased the bike the motor, carbs, etc were intact & had not removed. Only the gas tank, seat, Vetter fairing, ignition switch, headlight & similar items were removed. Carbs appear to be cleaned, possibly rebuilt at some point but we have not disassembled them to verify. Tank was drained for storage. Motor feels like it has good compression using the kick starter. (We have not started this bike because we have too many other projects). Bike comes with extra lights, mirrors and other misc parts in 2 boxes. Vetter fairing is broken underneath on the inside (see pictures). Has stock Vetter radio system and back rest & luggage rack for seat. Tires appear to be 80% or better. They don't look weather cracked (age unknown). Tank, seat & rear fender are sitting on bike for pics. They are not installed at this point. This bike is unusually clean and would take minimal work to bring to life. THIS BIKE HAS A CLEAR TEXAS TITLE!! WILL NOT SHIP! PICK UP ONLY ON THIS ITEM. Ask questions BEFORE bidding! I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION FROM PREVIOUS OWNER THAT THE EXHAUST WAS NOT CHANGED. I THOUGHT THE 77 & 78 MODELS WOULD SEPARATE AS THE NEXT GENERATION DOHC ENGINES DO, WHICH IS WHAT I PERSONALLY AM FAMILIAR WITH. I APOLOGIZE FOR ANY CONFUSION IN THIS AREA.
