1964 MGB Pull Handle Roadster!!! Here is an absolutely beautiful 1964 MGB Pull Handle Roadster that is in excellent condition!!! This early MGB is finished in a classic White over a gorgeous Black leather interior with white piping and a set of wire wheels!!! This car is rust free and has been in Arizona for at least the last 30 years!!! This car has been treated to tons of new parts and reconditioned original parts during its restoration!!! LOTS of money and time has gone into turning this MGB into what you see today. This cars restoration is about two years old and it shows very well. This early MGB has the "rare" and sought after pull handle door handles, beautifully finished steel dash, original style "BMC" radio, wire wheels, and it even retains its original Aluminum hood. The paint on this car is beautiful and all of the chrome, is in excellent shape, the interior looks amazing...this car drives great and turns heads everywhere you go. This is a great collectible classic that is surely to appreciate in value over the next several years!!! Click to enlarge Exterior: This MGB looks great with its beautiful classic white paint, bright chrome, and wire wheels. As you can see from the detailed photos the car looks great. You could easily bring this car to your local weekend car show and show it with pride. The paint on this car is very nice and of high quality. The engine, doors, hood, trunk etc...were all removed during the cosmetic restoration. It really does look as good as it does in the pictures. When the car was put back together, the car was treated to new chrome bumpers, grill, emblems/badges, new rubber seals etc... The exterior was then finished with a great looking "Talbot" style mirror. The car also has a brand new convertible top on an early style folding frame. This car gets thumbs up as you drive down the road and plenty of attention at the gas pump. Click to enlarge Interior: The interior of this classic MG is like new and in excellent condition. The front seats have been reupholstered in leather and look and feel great. The carpet is in excellent shape as well and is free of stains etc... The dash board is in very nice shape and looks great in its "wrinkle" finish with contrasting chrome rings surrounding the beautiful Jaeger gauges. The dash is finished with a hard to find "BMC" Radio. This radio is currently not working. To retain the classic look a modern radio could be added either under the dash or in the console below the dash. The steering wheel is in excellent shape and its large diameter and vintage style perfectly compliments the car. Overall the interior of this car is beautiful. Click to enlarge Engine: The 1800cc 3-main, 4 cylinder fires right up and runs like a top. The car blows no smoke on start up or while driving. A compression test was recently done and the car passed the test. The engine bay looks gorgeous and clean, complete with a polished carb set up. The engine has great oil pressure and runs nice and cool even in Arizonas hot climate. The transmissions shifts nice and easy through all of the gear. The 4 cylinder exhales through a great sounding exhaust system that gives this MG that classic British sports car sound. The car stops straight and stops with ease and is a joy to motor around town in. This is a great car to waste the weekend away in.
