If paying by wire or cash you may take the vehicle and the title that same day. All ebay buyers will be charged administrative, documentation, and temp tag fees totaling $249. No exceptions for dealers or wholesalers. If you buy the car on ebay, this fee is mandatory. Illinois buyers only must pay applicable sales tax, and registration fees.
