In the interest of a quick, hassle-free sale I've modified the auction price. Here's your chance to score a CLEAN (rare nowadays) Sidekick convertible at a very nice price. I also located a stock Suzuki AM/FM/Cassette player in very clean condition which will be included. It is from a '96 Sidekick so you'd have to purchase an aftermarket wiring harness for it (also available here on eBay for under $10.) This beautiful Suzuki Sidekick will definitely take you back in time! Up for your consideration is this very SHARP 1991 Suzuki Sidekick 4x4 convertible in Apple Red with only 50k actual/original miles, and it shows as such. The paint is excellent and shines like new, and the interior is near flawless. I purchased this a year ago from the original owner (female) and have stored it ever since in an enclosed garage (thus it has not even seen rain since.) The original owner had new rear brakes and shocks installed just prior to selling it. This was going to be my summer project this year, but I know I won't have the time or resources to complete it. I was, however, able to remove, clean and repaint the spare tire carrier last summer (see pic), install the adhesive door step guards shown and fit a radio in it (NOT included in this auction.) Thus, with great regret it is being offered herein to you. Take a look at the pictures and see the condition of the exterior and interior, and study the FREE AutoCheck report listed within this auction. (I don't think many 1991 model-year cars score higher than this one.) You'd be hard pressed to find a nicer example of a vintage Suzuki Sidekick anywhere with this many miles on it. Original owner's manual. Brand NEW white convertible top. NO air conditioning (who really needs it on a convertible?) NO rips or tears in the upholstery (seats are like new and FIRM all around) and the carpeting is near immaculate. POWER mirrors (working), manual 5-speed transmission, 4-WHEEL DRIVE, non-smoking & non-pet owned and operated. Engine starts up instantly and idles smoothly (to be expected of a vehicle having such low mileage.) Excellent brakes and SHIFTS SMOOTHLY throughout all of the gears. The ONLY things this car needs for now is a new muffler and tailpipe (the current one is rusted through) and new tires all around (the spare is like new however.) If you're unfamiliar with Suzuki motors, let me say this: change your oil and filter every 3000 miles, don't beat on it, and this engine will last you well over 200k miles. And don't just take my word for this....ask ANY Suzuki enthusiast and he or she will confirm it. Super excellent gas mileage...high 20's to low 30 miles per gallon. Again, the radio shown is NOT included, but the factory wiring harness is unmolested (no cut wires or connections of any type.) Simply add your own stock or aftermarket radio and you're good to go. ALL 4 factory speakers work and sound awesome. As with any car that is over 20 years old, there are the usual minor scuffs or blemishes here and there. The worst spot (if you want to call it that) is a SMALL dent on the front left fender (see pic....an easy repair if you so choose.) CLEAN TITLE is in hand for a seamless transfer. These mini SUV's are a blast to drive and turn heads everywhere you go (see last photo of a factory brochure showing what it looks like with the top down!) Being a used motor vehicle it is being auctioned here as-is with no warranty expressed or implied. I'm confident this car can be driven anywhere, but please be aware that Massachusetts does NOT provide temporary license tags. We do NOT offer shipping herein, but we will of course be available to assist you or any vehicle transporter you may decide to use.
