2005 BMW R1150R, Less than 13k mile, non-ABS model Metallic blue (fastest color) In excellent condition and well maintained. Bike is equipped with many desirable options. First of all this bike is equipped with high performance Wilbers shocks/suspension that lowers the bike about an inch, the standard shocks are included with only 1800 miles. The addition of a Parrabellum fairing painted to match with both short and tall tinted windscreens and GS hand-guards gives this bike some of the weather protection and advantages of a touring RT, while retaining the lightweight appearance , nimble handling of the Roadster. It is also equipped with a Corbin leather seat, although both a factory standard or tall seat is available if you wish. Also full size BMW system cases with a full RT left case has been installed by use of bracket to relocate the bag support pad and installing a tailpipe with proper clearance under the bag. This modification eliminates the standard muffler (most noise is killed in the catalytic converter) and helps the bike sound like a motorcycle. Heated grips, clear signal lens option, Bar/back handlebar riser/clamps with Wunderlich touring bars and footpeg lowering brackets add to the comfort and enjoyment of this BMW. Newer gel battery, Metzler Z6 front tire and about 5-6k remaining on rear Z6 tire, all fresh fluids means there is nothing to be done and it's ready to go anywhere. The bike has never been in a wreck or tipped over. It runs and handles fantastic. No oil leaks or issues at all. The paint is in excellent shape, the bags have a few toe scuffs and slight scratches, nothing serious. Tank bag ,sheepskin and Corbin backrest shown are not included. These bikes are known for their reliability and durability, and this one is no exception. This bike runs good and looks good, too. These machines have fuel injection, shaft-drive, heated grips, under-seat storage and excellent components in all areas. This bike runs smooth and handles like a sport bike!
