up for bid is a 1977 GMC high sierra 2500 truck it looks to be all orig.i bought the truck not running it turned out the the dist. was bad after installing and little prime to carb it busted right off. little smoke due not running since 03. been running and driving just around the house area. it is running just fine. changed the oil and filter have yet to see any smoke or leaks.the body is in great shape the only damage that i have found is to the tailgate can't see due the molding.speaking of molding all the mold is there and on the truck.the a/c at some point was changed over to 134 i put three cans in and blowing cold.just installed a new mastercylinder no leaks.although could use a complet bleeding on all four wheels.seat is solid old and aged carpet is worn.radio works on am only.all gauges work great oil pressure and no over heating.while it was parked there was antifreeze in the motor,heatercore and rad.the tires or better than what i thought. good tread all. lighting in good working order.headlights,park,blinkers,brake etc.the only thing that is not working is the speedo so who knows the history but i will say this it runs good.it will need some tlc but the butt of it good. it runs smooth drives good it would be better with the wheels balanced it rides smooth now it could be better.cranks on first turn. drive,restore or what ever.it has good texas open title.i have all the keys even the keys to the tool box.please check out the pictures there a little surface on the hood in front and a little at the wheel area on the passager side see pic's.all glass in great shape roll up and down with ease.the hood is in great shape aswell for springs open and close good and the hood is not bent.floors and bed area solid i pull the met looks good just dirty. alright to good stuff. if you have any question or concern please contact me at (469)682-3646 i do delever for fair fee the old truck is here for a reason to sell so with been said good luck. thankyou.
