Up for auction we have a 1983 Oldsmobile 98 Regency Brougham in nice condition. Everything is original including the 5.7 liter diesel engine and TH250 4 speed automatic. Everything seems to work as it should accept for AC which needs recharging. The engine runs good and car runs out fine except for bubbling in coolant overflow. Could possibly be a head gasket but not sure. This doesn't seem to be an issue at the present time but I wanted to be honest on any problems in the near future. There is no mixing of coolant into oil and car does not overheat. This vehicle was purchased from an elderly gentleman who never drove it in the winter. The car is loaded including tilt, cruise, PW, PL, Power seats, AC and rare moonroof (works also). There is also a factory limited slip in the rear and wire wheels all the way around. Interior is all original with normal wear on plastic. The drivers side armrest is cracked and taped at the present time. Carpets have normal wear and a few stains here and there. No rips in any seats. The car has been sitting inside storage since 2004 and has a musty smell now. I haven't touched anything on the interior and would probably clean up quite nice. Paint is all original and shows normal wear including door dings and small scratches thoughout exterior. Panels are straight, frame is clean and exhaust is good. Tires are about 50 percent. Bottom of doors are starting to pit on inside but could be fixed(see pic). I took a picture of the worst one. Please contact me at (920)896-2233 with any questions. My name is Brian.
