This is a 2004 Mazda RX-8 with less than 73,000 miles on it. It has a 4 Port 1.3L Rotary engine with a 4 speed automatic transmission. The exterior is Sunlight Silver metallic with a Black and Gray cloth interior. Interior is clean and has not been smoked in. The exteriors is also clean but has a few dings on the sides and a couple in the hood. The car has a brand new Optima battery and oil has been changed every 2,000-3,000 miles with Royal Purple oil since I bought it last year. I have a spare set of NGK spark plugs to go with the car as well. The downside to the car is it has low compression on one of the rotors. This is causing it to take about 8-10 seconds to start the car. Ultimately the only way to fix this is to replace the engine. Mazda does offer a warranty on this issue from the factory. However, it is not the easiest thing to do and I don't have the time to do it. With some research on RX8Club.com it maybe possible to get replaced. The car is 100% stock and still runs. I drive it daily now and the only problems that show it is low compression are it can idle rough when it gets hot outside and from 1000-2500 RPM you can feel a decrease in power. This car is a blast to drive and I hate to get rid of it but I don't have the money to complete the 20b conversion that was originally planned due to the economy. It does have tinted windows now. They were done a few weeks after the other pictures were taken. If you have never bid before then you will need to email prior to bidding so that I know you are a serious buyer.
