Up for bid is a 1975 BMW R90/6. This bike had been setting in a garage since 1988. I bought it last year to renovate and sell. When I bought the bike it did not run. Since it had been setting 22 years I replaced the rings and seated in the valves. I was concerned that the rings may be collapsed or stuck. The carbs have been completely rebuilt. New points, plugs, spark plug wires and coils. Front brake master cylinder rebuilt. I overhauled the transmission with new bearings throughout-this transmission has the snap ring on the output shaft, which is good. New tires front and rear. The right muffler had a small rust spot on top- I removed the rust and soldiered in the resulting hole as depicted in the photo. Also, I have the left side panel but the right panel was missing when I bought the bike. Since getting the bike to run I've put approx. 200 miles on it and continue to ride it regularly. Clean title. The bike is for sale on several venues and will be sold to the first person with the cash. Sorry no sale outside the continental United States because of past experience.
