Here for sale is my 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 Sport with the 5.9 (360 cubic inch) V8. If you know these Dodge trucks, you know how tough they are. It has one of the biggest V8s you can get in a 1/2 ton truck and comes equipped with a Dana 44 solid front axle. This truck has been my daily driver for the past 4 or 5 years. It runs good and looks awesome, it turns heads everywhere I go. The engine was replaced with a Jasper engine, and has less than 100,000 miles on it. I have the receipt from when the previous owner paid over $3000 to have the engine replaced. The 4x4 system works perfectly and gives you the option of 2 high, 4 high , and 4 low. The truck comes with a custom professionally built winch bumper that is solid and heavy (3/16 steel plate). The winch on the bumper is a Smittybilt XRC8 that has only been used a couple of times. However it does not work right now, may need to be rebuilt The Dodge has a 3" Rancho suspension lift and has 33"x12.50" BF Goodrich All-terrain Tires with around 35% to 45% tread left. The wheels are 15" Ultras. The truck's paint is decent for its age. There is some fading on the roof and some dents and scratches here and there but no major damage. The truck has power windows, power locks, cold AC, power heated mirrors, fog lights, an after market JVC CD player, and many other options. I would like to mention the dash is cracked and the driver seat has the typical tear in it from climbing in and out over and over again. The rest of the interior could use a good cleaning. All in all this is a great truck that has a lot of life left in it and has tons of cool factor. Please take a good look at all of the pictures and feel free to ask me any questions you may have. Also, the truck comes with a Hypertech programmer that I used to recalibrate the speedometer for the oversize tires.
