Up for auction is a numbers matching 1977 SE y82 4-speed. This would make a great project for someone who has the time. I purchased it last summer with the intentions of restoring it. Due to some recent changes I am not going to be able to get to it for a long time, so I have decided to sell it. I will start with the options: W72 Pontiac 400 numbers matching engine, original borg/warner super T10 4 speed transmission, deluxe black vinyl interior, power windows, trunk release, and y82 special edition which includes t-tops and gold accents. Exterior: The car has some rust issues that will need attention. The car will need floor pans, drivers door, drivers front fender, radiator support and trunk floor could possibly be saved. Check out the pics. Rear tail pan looks pretty good. Frame rails are excellent. The passenger side rear quarter could be fixed, but you may want to replace. I took a lot of pics of rust areas to give you a good idea of its condition. Interior: As you can see from the pics, you will need to replace pretty much everything in the interior. Dash has several cracks. Overall: The person I purchased it from owned it for 18 years. The radiator went bad so he pulled it out to fix it and never put it back. It is a very complete car, but does not run at this time. I will post PHS docs soon. Please ask any and all questions before bidding.
