For Sale is a 1971 Ford Torino 500, this was a spring promotional model with a halo vinyl roof (removed to fix rust). I am the third owner of this car and have had it for 13 years. I drove it for about 8 years before it was parked. The body is in really good shape. My son and I started working on it and just can not seem to find the time to finish now that we are planning a move. I spent $2700.00 getting the body work done, both rear quarters are solid now, you can see by the pictures there is no rust on the body. We had the paint done by a friend who did a poor job. I have tons of extra parts for the car that will go with it; I have the original hub caps and rings for the wheels as well; I have all the trim that was taken off for the body work and paint. I also have a cherry picker engine hoist as well as a stand for whoever buys the car. I started to pull the engine myself before we decided we were moving, so it is stripped down and ready to pull, it is a 302 with 145721 miles on it. I have a total of $3800 invested in this car.
