Vehicle Detail
You are looking at a 2002 Mazda Tribute ES in great condition and at a NO RESERVE Auction. The vehicle has ICE cold air and runs very well. Listed below are all the repairs and replacement parts that have gone into it in the past year and a half. There is no rust on the vehicle and the paint is original and looks very good. The interior is gray leather and in close to new condition, the only wear is a few scratches on the drivers side bolster. I showed the pictures before it was treated with leather treatment to show them in the absolutely untreated condition. With the leather treatment they look nearly new. The car has been very good to us and we have purchased two new cars in the past month so we have no room or use for the Mazda anymore, plus I would like to take it off my insurance to save a few dollars. It has plenty of room and life left for some other family to enjoy. It is an automatic 6 cylinder with plenty of power. It has a tow hitch although we never used it to pull anything so there is no extra wear on the engine. The car is loaded with the following: Power windows, power seats (driver's side), power windows, power mirrors, power moonroof, power steering, power locks, factory tinted windows, am/fm/6 disc changer, ICE cold air conditioning, rear wiper, leather seats and too much more to list. My wife drove this car to work everyday for the past 8 years. In the past three years she has only driven on an 8 mile round trip commute to work so the miles in the past several years have been relatively low. We also used it for all our family trips in the past, hence the higher mileage. On that note because we took it on family trips we made sure it was always in the best mechanical condition possible. The oil has always, and I mean always changed with less than 3000 miles in between. The carpets are very clean for the age and the SUV runs very well, I would not hesitate to drive this across the country with no issues. We have been very careful to have all issues services immediately and believe in preventative maintenence. The following items have been repaired/replaced in the past year: 8/12/2010 - Both front Ball Joints were replaced - $365.10 09/02/2009 - New tires (Falken P235/70/16) 80% tread wear left, New rotors (front and rear) new brake pads (front and rear), New front Struts, New oil pan gaskets, New washer pump, New serpentine belt, New belt tensioner - $1,564.22 04/16/2010 - New A/C compressor, New A/C accumulator - $654.14 01/03/2011 - Replaced all coils, New plugs, wires, fuel injectors, new pan gasket, new hoses and misc. gaskets - $734.63 08/11/2010 - Replaced all filters, complete new Rack and Pinion installed with a new allignment, welded exhaust. The cat. converter (one of four on the car) was removed and this caused the engine light to be on. The mechanic assured me this is the only reason this is on. The car runs awesome and doesn't burn oil or leak anything. - $996.74 I have all the paperwork to support the above listed work. The SUV is in very good condition and will make a great vehicle for the next owner. The vehicle is nine years old so it is not perfect as it has a few nicks on it. The largest being a scratch on the driver's side rear quarter panel near the gas cap cover. My wife decided that she could judge a mailbox when backing up...guess what she couldn't. It is pretty minor but I just wanted to mention it. On the interior, the leather seats are in very very good condition. The carpets are nice, could probably use a better vaccuming than I gave it but that is superficial. The arm rest material on the drivers side front and rear edge is seperating but can be glued back on in a few minutes. The 6 disc CD changer is stuck, the radio and tape player still work but the CD player doesn't but you can still run an ipod from it so no need for CD's. I have tried to list this SUV to the best of my ability but am sure I missed something, please feel free to contact me with any questions. I have a 100% positive 1090 feedback rating so bid with confidence.
