Vehicle Detail

BEFORE YOU BID: No Non-Paying Bidders No Low Ballers No Personal Checks You are bidding 1999 Dodge Durango SLT with only 108,300 miles. It has Dodges infamous 5.2L V8 Magnum engine that roars down the road equipped with an automatic transmission. I've taken plenty of photos and tried to be as open and detailed as possible in order to make your bidding experience comfortable. So I encourage you to read the descriptions, view the pictures, and ask any questions that I haven't already answered in the listing. I usually respond in a couple hours. This is a NO Rerserve Auction. EXTERIOR The exterior is in great condition. The paint is still very shiny and reflective as I have tried to show from all angles. There isn't any body damage on the car. The wheels are in good shape, though they could use a good hand cleaining, as I just simply ran them through the car wash. The tires still have a lot of tread left on them. All the emblems, glass, and exterior lighting are all intact. The only flaw is that the bottom of the liftgate is becoming slightly rough and discolored, I assume from just over time. Although it's barely noticeable, I've tried to show a good photo of it. INTERIOR The interior is in great condition as well. The headliner is clean. The leather seats and suede accents show no abnormal abuse, no rips, tears, burns, or anything. All of the creature comforts are intact. The heat, interior lamps, windows, and radio all function properly. The storage compartments are all clean. The footwells and mats could use a good cleaning seeing as how winter is finally breaking but that's about it. MECHANICAL The car runs nice and strong with no major problems. It starts up and runs strong every single time. The 4X4 works excellent, had no problems in the blizzard a couple of weeks ago. In order to avoid any common costly repairs that most Durangos suffer I've had the transmission filter and gasket replaced using only ATF+4, the governor pressure solenoid and sensor replaced, the throttle valve cable adjusted for firmer, more even shifts, and the speed sensor replaced. The ABS light is currently on due to an overactive front wheel sensor which I have ordered from O' Reillys and should be taken care of well before purchase. The truck could use an alignment, but I have held off until the sensor is replaced. I will keep you updated on it. I have in no way, shape, or form tried to misrepresent the car. I have told you everything I can recall about the vehicle. I encourage you to do your research, view the Autocheck, read the description, and look at all the photos before bidding. It's not perfect but is in very good condition for a low mileage used vehicle. If there are any questions, doubts, or concerns please contact me without hesitation. As you can see I have 100% positive feedback on eBay. I have never slighted, cheated, or wronged anyone as a seller or buyer. So if you find that the car wasn't as I stated in the listing I WILL NOT HOLD YOU OBLIGATED TO PURCHASE SO YOU CAN BID WITH CONFIDENCE. I would prefer the car to be picked up no more than 7 days after the auction closes. Any more time than that would have to be arranged and I would need a $500 deposit. The auction ends Sunday evening at 7:30 p.m so don't forget to bid!!! On Mar-05-11 at 17:18:47 PST, seller added the following information: I apologize for the late update, class has been quite hectic. After replacing the speed sensor for the second time and changing the front ABS sensors again, I am not able to get the ABS and brake light off. I've done plenty of research on the topic and it seems to be a pretty common problem with this 1st generation Durango. Also while on a test drive, an interested bidder brought to my attention that I forgot to include squeaking pulley as one of the issues that should be adressed. Because it's so slight, I've simply grown used to it. As such I'm willing to knock $100 off of the final amount at auction close in order to curb the cost of the pulley and ABS sensor (if you choose to try again). To the high bidder if this is not to your liking simply email me and I will gladly retract your bid. Just trying to be up front I apologize in advanced for any inconvenience
