Sorry to all the bidders who took time to follow my auction on this truck last week. After we drove the truck from a shed a few miles away, then after it sat in the shop over night 1 day after the ad started we noticed a small oil leak. We had to install a new oil pan gasket which entailed pulling the transmission. It is now professionally repaired and ready for a new owner and now I can safely say there ARE NO KNOWN PROBLEMS.We used this truck around the farm, mainly as a parts runner. In the 12K plus miles we've used it there have been no problems until the day after we listed it last week. We purchased the truck from a friend and he installed the ZQ8 suspension on the truck. We put on new tires so there's a ton of tread left. There was a black stripe on the center of the truck which we removed. The paint is not perfect (has a few minute scratches) but looks very nice and has NO RUST. It has a few scratches in the bed from use of the truck bed. This truck should run well over 200,000 miles if it is maintained as we have in the past. We changed the oil every 3,000 miles and it comes with a fresh oil change. It can get over 20 miles per gallon. THERE IS A 3RD DOOR AND THERE IS A JUMP SEAT. THE CRUISE AND AIR CONDITIONING WORK WELL. N.A.D.A. states this truck as "rough trade in value" at $$6,425. Clean retail is $10,625. We're at "AVERAGE TRADE IN VALUE" (I think the truck is a bit above "average trade in value, don't you) which is the "buy it now" price.
