1998 Volkswagen New Beetle TDI, 5 Speed Manual Transmission, 115345 Miles. 100% California Car, NO RUST, I have owned this New Beetle TDI and driven it daily since 2002. It drives great and is clean inside and out as can be seen in the photos. With gas prices rapidly approaching $4.00 a gallon again, it is a relief at the pump to know that this little car gets 50+/- Miles to the gallon!. I bought this car from the Livingston Volkswagen Dealership in Woodland Hills, Ca. and It has always been serviced there. The engine is strong, the Air Conditioning blows COLD, the timing belt was changed at 90,000 miles ( as is prescribed by VW ) and a new clutch at 115,000, This car will drive anywhere, It is in great condition, but it does show some wear, Paint chips and small scratches as is expected when discussing any 10+ year old car. This car has served me well and will make a great little car as a daily driver. The Kelly Blue book on this car is $5,000+/- so I will ask $4,500 and accept offers. The car says "dealer buyback" on the title but it is unknown to me as to why it was a buyback as I have never had any issues with it.
