The buyers have not even come to see this vehicle please do not bid unless you are truly interested in buying. The Belvidere (Illinois) Police Department is again selling several seized vehicles. This vehicle is a seized 2000 Ford Ranger XLT 4x4 extended cab pick up truck. This vehicle is black in color and has a gray colored interior. It has newer oversized Goodyear Fortura tires with chrome rims. This vehicle has only 83,032 miles on it. It has been in indoor storage for quite awhile. In an attempt to honestly list this vehicle here are the things that are known to be wrong with the vehicle. Due t the fact that it was stored for so long there was a mouse problem in the vehicle. They have been removed and the interior of the vehicle was shampoo'd and extracted. The exhaust on the vehicle is bad. It sounds as though it has completely rusted through. When the vehicle was recently driven the brakes slipped a little bit. There may be an issue with the power windows. They go up and down but they do make a noise. The center console in the truck is broken and does not latch. This is a nice looking vehicle for it's age. There are several dents and scratches but it is in overall good shape.
