DOES NOT RUN. MOTOR FROZE UP. 1965 Honda 250 Scrambler 95 percent complete. Missing key,battery, dynamo cover (right side), muffler, bolts only on (rear brake pedal. 1 kickstand bolt, 1 front fender bolt), tool kit. Last registered in California, 1985. I have the pink slip, bill of sale and DMV papers, and original Owner's Manual, original License Plate. The paint and emblems on the gas tank are in poor condition,(missing rubber knee pads) no dents on tank or fenders. Frame and rims not bent. Tires are in poor condition, but hold air. Seat has been taped. Great project bike for restoration. Feel free to ask any questions, I can send more pictures. Buyer makes all arangements for shipping. I'm willing to help out on this end.
