Super straight,4 door body,only minor surface rust in right rear quater panel. Original in line 6 cylinder was cranked couple years ago but battery currently dead. Im third owner and can tell you history of previous owners. I had hotrod shop shave all 4 door handles off when I first got it. The front 2 open by actuators activated by remote key fob.The rear doors are opened by interior handles.It also a by pass switch under hood that activates actuators if needed. I have all 4 original door handles in trunk. Has original push button transmission known as typewriter because round buttons on dash indicating Park, Drive, Reverse etc. Got cool fins with cat tail lights and continiential spare on trunk lid. Very rare car because most were sold up north and since it had unibody like jeep the salt rusted them out so most got crushed. One of those weird early 60's cars that was so ugly and unusual its outrageously COOL!!! Going to try and get more pixs of car on line. I'm 3rd owner and car has never been wrecked . I knew previous owners and car has always been stored covered out of direct wheather. The floor pan,under carriage and frame straight and in amazing shape for 50 year old car in original condition. The only bondo is where I had door handles shaved by very reputable nationally known Hot Rod shop. I shaved the door handles to give appearance of coupe and it does seem to work real well. But as I stated earlier I have the 4 original door handles if you wanna restore to original condition. That would be easy cause everything else is original. I also have all 4 dog dish hubs for wheels.These cars are exceptionally rare, just try and find another in any condition much less one like this with all the chrome in great condition and a body so solid,straight and ready to be restored .I believe this car has tremendous upside due to very few sold and most were northern cars that got rusted and crushed.If you wanna ride thats going to be an easy restore and a rare bird,then this is the one and it is priced right. Plus if you keep the in line 6, not a major gas hog. But if wanna you slam a hemi in it and tub it out,wow what an oddly amazing oppurtunity either direction you choose to pursue. Really hate to let her go but facing health issues that limit my ability to complete project. Would like to see this baby restored and loved like it should be. It's not eatin anything sittin in my carport so motivation is find it home to bring it back to its full glory.
