Special Note: Drove 300 miles in the snow and was impressed on how well my Lincoln handled. The traction control is priceless! Up for your consideration is a well-maintained 2001 Lincoln Town Car. This is the Executive Series package and has 98,825 miles on a dependable 4.6L V8 engine. I'm meticulous about maintenace and here's a list of improvements that I've made within the last 60 days: New Firestone Tires (all 4) Front-End Alignment & Ball Joint New Fuel Pump New Battery Fresh Oil Change Lincoln Town Cars have proven to be one of the safest on the road and it's not unusual to see one with over 250,000 miles. Equipped with dual front air bags, side air bags, I feel safe in this vehicle. I've owned many cars and the air-ride suspension provides the smoothest ride of any car I've own. Some of my favorite features of this Lincoln are: Storage compartments in the doors Rear vents to heat/cool the passengers in the back seat Center fold-down arm rest (with cup holders) in the rear seat Rear view mirror that dims the bright lights behind you as your driving Air-Ride Suspension - Smooth ride Climate Control Leather seating that is very comfortable and in good shape for the age. Some wear is showing (no rips/holes). I treat the seats with leather care compound. Dual 8-way power seats. Digital read-out on dash. Fuel economy depends on your driving habits. On the highway, my estimate is approximately 25-28 miles per gallon. Please keep in mind that this car is not new; if you look hard enough, you will find normal scratches, scuffs, chips, dings. This is an attractive car that gets lots of compliments. NOTE: It's very difficult to find a clean, dependable vehicle that has been well-maintained and not smoked in. This Lincoln is ready for a good home and a lot less than a new car. Within 24 hours of the auction ending, the winner needs to call me so that we can make arrangements.
