It is being sold “as is”, with no warranty expressed or implied. You have the option of picking up at the dealership or arranging your own shipping. Unless the unit is a street motorcycle or street scooter, you will be required to pay Alabama sales tax in the amount of 4.25% if you pickup at the dealership. If it is a titled street bike or scooter, then you will pay your own sales tax upon registering the motorcycle in your home state. If you are having it shipped, then there is no sales tax.
