1989 Honda FL400

This 1989 Honda Pilot FL400 is in good condition. It has not been used much over the last 6 years, taken out approximately 5 times. Just don't have the time for it so I thought I'd free up some space in the garage. The Pilot runs strong and gave me no problems. The engine is stock - stock piston, carb, pipe, etc... It has been ridden in Arizona in dry river beds north of Phoenix and has been taken to the Imperial Sand Dunes twice. It comes equipped with a set of dirt tires with plenty of tread left and a set of rear paddle tires too. The Pilot was rolle don its side once by a friend of mine. He was attempting to go up a steep hill and decided to turn around with giving the thing any gas so the Pilot rolled on its side and slid down the hill a ways. A minor crash as far as crashed go but scratched up the fairings. My friend was nice enough to but new, factory fairings, front and rear, for the damaged side. Also included are a new plastic hood piece and the foam that goes on the vertical bar. So all of the damaged parts can be replaced with the new ones I have still in the box. As I said before the Pilot runs strong. It never gave me any problems other than an occasional stall while it was idling. It's a fun, safe way to get out and ride.
