You can call with any questions. 623////2 5 two//// 23 two 3 What a find. This Torino Wagon was purchase from the 70+ year old original owner! He originally bought it from a Tucson Ford Dealership. It has always been in Tucson, until I purchased it from him a few months back. Before we get started. Yes this is a 72 TORINO! Most people are use to the Gran Torino front end. This is the correct front end for a 72 Torino. This is a plain Jane Torino with NO options. It is a manual 3 on the tree car with an inline 6 engine. No power options here. Manual Brake and manual steering. The car comes with a clear AZ title, it will be signed and notarized by me. This car is being sold as is. I have been driving this car regularly for the past few months. It starts and runs very nice. The car could use a front end alignment. The original clutch could use an adjustment, or replacement in the future. It grabs and shifts fine, but there is no play in the clutch pedal. None of the dash lights, or gauges work. From what I have researched it will need a dash relay which is common in problem in these Ford cars. I have seen it for about $15 here on ebay. Turn signals will need a new switch. The rear bumper is turned up under the license plate area. It looks like it may have caught on something. . The car is a very clean AZ original. The paint is probably not as shinny as it appears in the pictures. This car would be great to drive like it is, or a nice big block 4 speed car... WOW. I feel I have to spell everything out clearly for the few people who make having auctions a problem. It cost a minimum of $125 to run this auction, and I have no intention of letting one of these bad few Scam Artist, ruin it. No matter what the Ebay formatted listing says, below are the terms of the auction. This is a legally binding contract and by bidding on this item you agree to the following terms. If you have no, or negative feedback, e mail me with your name, phone number, and address before you bid or your bid will be cancelled. This also applies to people with less than a 10 feed back rating. This vehicle is sold as is as seen with no warranties. Bid what you are comfortable with bidding. You are welcome to come and look at the vehicle or have it inspected before you bid. The excuse "this vehicle is not what I expected" is not acceptable after you place your bid. Please bid responsibly. I make or may not ask that money be paid directly to my friend who owns this vehicle. There is to be a $300 non-refundable deposit to be made within 48 hours of the close of auction. This deposit will need to be made by Paypal (Paypal from a confirmed address will only be accepted for the deposit) immediately at the close of auction. This is the only methods I will accept do to all the Nigerian Scam Bull Sh**. Regardless of form of payment, it must be cleared and verified before vehicle and title will be released to its new owner. The balance is to be paid within 5 days by US Postal Money Orders Only (NO Paypal for the remainder). The vehicle should be picked up within 7 days in Phoenix, AZ. Arrangements for storage longer than 7 days needs to be made before you bid. Unless other wise agreed upon in writing, Storage fees for day 8 to day 14 will be $10 a day, day 15 to day 30 will be $25 a day, for a maximum of 30 days after the end of the auction. If the car is not picked up with in 30 days, the purchaser is in DEFAULT, and FORFEITS all monies paid. Transfer of ownership is not completed until possession is taken of the vehicle. Title stays with me until the vehicle is out of my possession. This is for liability reasons and incase of default. I assume no responsibility for the damage or theft to vehicle while in vehicle is in storage. If you default on any aspect of this legally binding contract, you agree that a minimum of $300, or all monies paid, which ever is higher, will be a default fee paid to seller. You also lose all rights to the vehicle. Any cancellation of bids for any reason after 24 hours of making them, will not be accepted. Cancellations in the last 12 hours of the auction will not be accepted. If there are cancellations during these times, a $300 default fee will be paid to seller. Any legal action will be handle in accordance with Arizona law. By bidding on this auction, you agree that if there is any litigation it will be decided in the jurisdiction of Maricopa County, Arizona.
