RE-LISTED WITH LOWER STARTING BID! NO RESERVE! Up for sale is my 2004 Nicky Hayden edition RC51. I rode this for one season and have decided to give up riding altogether for 2 reasons...Lily & Sophie, my two daughters. Call me a wimp or whatever but I need to be here for my girls. I have taken great care of it while it has been in my possession. It is garaged right now with a battery tender for the winter but I will be taking some Hi-Res pictures this weekend if it doesn't snow. For now, you can watch the video below for a real taste of the bike. History of the bike is as follows: I am the 3rd owner. I bought it from my friend John. John bought it from a mutal friend of ours that purchased it brand new in 2004. When John bought it, our friend had just had a low speed, low side on it and quit riding; he was was SQUID! Anyway, John fixed/replaced all of the damaged hardware. There is still a little road rash on the upper right side fairing, a small scrape on the tank, lower right fairing, and lastly to the tail. It's hardly noticeable/visible at first glance. It is a blast to ride! Before this bike, I had an '08 Yamaha R1 that I rode for 2 years but I decided to sell it to get this bike because I just love the way a V-Twin sounds! This bike is in absolutely top notch mechanical condition and requires absolutely nothing. FYI - Only Repsol Synthetic Race Oil and OEM oil filters were ever used at 2,000 mile intervals! Anyway, I'm asking $6,000.00 to let her go! That's a great deal for this bike with all of the add-ons! Plus, I have not seen one Hayden Edition for sale on ebay yet! It's a rare bike.
