I have a 1967 Mercury Cougar for sale. I have owned this car for about 8 months. I have a clear title to this vehicle. I got this vehicle as part of a trade for my 1952 Studebaker truck. I'll tell you what was told to me about the vehicle. It has a rebuilt 289 Ford motor. It does start and sounds good, I believe it does in fact have a rebuilt motor and whoever installed it did not paint the block, for whatever reason??? Sorry I didn't air up the tire for the photo but it was getting dark. The interior needs to be completely redone, carpet, seats, door panels etc...The tail light module that makes the cougar's unique lights flash has been replaced, none of the vacuum lines were hooked up, so I'm not sure about the head lights. It looks like everything is in he car. This vehicle was in the process of being restored when I got it. My plans were to finish the project but with the economy the way it was over the last couple of years, honestly I just can't afford it anymore. This car is not a rust bucket but there has been some body work done, to what extent I'm not sure. I would have taken it back down to see for myself. This is a great project car, and the old 60's model Cougars are getting somewhat hard to find. RESERVE HAS BEEN LOWERED TO MOVE VECHILE.
