THE GOOD; a low mileage 1998 Honda Passport 4X4 with automatic transmission, A/C, Power Moonroof, ABS, CD Player W/Remote,Alloy Wheels, cloth interior. Only 2 small rust spots. Clean tear-free interior. Carpet is good. Overall very good/clean condition! THE BAD; There is a miss in the engine. The engine runs. And the vehicle drives. But, you can tell the engine isn't running on all 6 cylinders. The engine doesn't make any strange sounds, has good oil pressure [at least the oil pressure light doesn't come on], isn't leaking anything. There is no oil in the anti-freeze and no anti-freeze in the oil. Other than the "miss" in the engine, the car runs and drives perfectly. Everything works as it should. I know everyone will ask if it is safe to drive home? All I know is it has been driven this way for awhile now and it hasn't gotten any better or any worse. The problem doesn't seem to be in the bottom end [by sound/oil pressure]. I don't know if it is fuel injector/coil/or something else. I do know it struggles to maintain 65mph plus [which makes sense, not running on all 6 cyl.]. So, the answer is, I don't know! I would suggest to bring a trailer, to be safe! The deal is it belonged to a good friend of mine, who is on hard times. So, I gave him $1000.00 Dollars for it. Because he couldn't afford to repair it, and no one would buy it, And the salvage yard would only give him a couple hundred dollars for it. If I get more for it, I'm going to give him anything extra. I'm hoping for some good karma!!! I don't need another car. We all know these things USUALLY run for ever. But, this one didn't, for some reason. Selling at NO RESERVE!! High bidder gets it!
