VIN: 262399R106503 1969 Pontiac Bonneville V8 350 automatic transmission, black on black, 74,000 original miles, third owner, nearly show ready but also gets lots of looks cruising around town as a cool Sunday driver. Original carb replaced with Edelbrock 650 carb and intake manifold. Clear title. I am aware that the 69 Bonneville came with the 428 engine. My mechanic told me this was a 389. If anyone can tell me how to find the casting number on the engine I'd be happy to provide that information. I'm having a hard time finding it. I am under the impression that this is a "matching numbers" car, and I will do anything you request to verify this. Dry covered stored for 30 years. Needs minor paint work. New exhaust, radiator, brakes, shocks, converted from points to HEI, tires (new from pics). Original interior, small tear in driver's seat upholstery. Power windows. Known issues: thermal choke coil needs to be re-calibrated or replaced with electric choke. needs new a/c condenser and belt, new passenger windshield wiper arm and linkage. Factory radio has been replaced by CD player, but the original dash is intact. Minimal rust at the base of door hinges and at the rear window seal. Rear rubber bumper is peeling a bit. Small dent in passenger rear panel (see pictures).
