Very low mileage 2006 MX-5 Touring 6-speed. This car is fun and fast. This trim level includes the 17" wheels, Piano black dash, 6-Speed MT and steering wheel controls for the stereo and cruise control. This car is seriously quick! I have owned several NA & NB Miatas and this one completely smokes them in perceived and real performance. There is just plenty of power throughout the rev range. The car is equipped with Bilstein shocks, shock tower brace and Limited Slip Differential (LSD) as part of the Factory suspension package. That combo gives you great control while still providing a very nice ride for those times that you need to be on the freeway. This MX-5 would be a good choice as an inexpensive daily driver or a very fun third car. Miatas are known to be highly reliable and when something does need to fixed, the parts are very reasonble. The Metallic Grey color with the black top and interior looks very classy - and the chrome fuel door really stands out. My friends and family tell me that this is the best looking Miata I have owned - and I have had some very nice ones in the past. Recent maintenance includes an oil change, the the manual transmission fluid has been changed to redline MTL and I have replaced a door belt molding that had come loose. I also put on a new set of wiper blades. The brakes are very strong with more than 50% of life left on the pads. The chassis is very stiff and feels super solid when you are carving up your favorite twisty road. Now at this price and low miles, the car isn't perfect. Let me communicate those items so that you have a clear understanding as the buyer and so that you can make an informed decision. The roof has a small repair (done by PO) just above the driver's window (pictured) and although it isn't perfect, it is fully functional and does not leak. Both doors have a few small parking lots dings. The drivers side door also has a mark at the front of the door at the belt line. They don't really show up all that well in the pictures. The front bumper has donk that you can see in the pictures form head-on. The clutch is a slightly grabby in first gear but I may simply need to adjust the pedal. It doesn't slip at all and it works flawlessing for gears 2-6. Lastly, the rear passenger wheel does have some curb rash. It doesn't show up much in the pictures but I would rate it a 8/10. The interior is almost showroom quality. The seats are showing no wear and the dash looks great. It is clean and unmarked. This car has a clean Carfax (which I would be happy to share for Free) and it has passed the State of Texas Inspection -which is good thru Nov 2011.
