It is one of the nicest Mercedes-Benz sedans we've seen, and we have seen a lot. It also runs great, powered by a supercharged 1.8 liter "Kompressor" and a six-speed manual transmission that gives this car a fun-to-drivability that we don't usually find in a mercedes. This is a lifetime Florida car that hasn't been exposed to the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads. It has had just one previous owner, and has just 49,410 original miles on it. This Mercedes has undergone a thorough inspection by certified technicians. \ A 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty is included at the "buy it now" price of $10,900. The exterior is in very nice shape. The paint shines like new all around. There aren't any notable dents or dings on the body. Autocheck shows a front impact back in 2005, but we can find no residual signs or signs of it. The paint is all a perfect match, and the car runs and drives exactly as it should. Exterior features include 17" alloy wheels. The interior is in very, very good shape. The leatherette seats have no rips or tears. The dash, carpets, and door panels are also in very good condition. Both front seats have power controls fro height and recline. Front-to-back movement is manual. The rear seat is also in great shape. This Mercedes-benz has some very nice features: Power windows, locks, and mirrors; remote entry; tilt and telescopic wheel ; Cruise control; auto dual-zone air conditioning; trip computer, and a whole lot more (see the chart at the top of the description) more. Safety features include dual air bags, front side air bags, ESP and ABS. There is an AM/FM/Cassette in-dash PLUS a 6 disc CD changer in the glove box. The six speed manual adds some fun to the driving experience, and the car seems a little quicker than the automatic version. The manual and original window sticker are with the car. The 4.6 liter V8 is rated at 275 hp and 300 lb-ft or torque - it runs very, very well. This car has a brand new set of Michelin tires. Autocheck shows accurate mileage and no problems. If you have the vehicle shipped, we will not charge you any sales tax (however, you will have to pay your state's tax at home). Canadian buyers: if you are picking the car up here in Florida, you must pay the state's 6% sales tax. If you ship the vehicle, you do not have to pay Florida tax, just Canada's import taxes. Legal Disclaimer: The parties agree to the following with regard to dispute resolution: Any disputes between the parties must first be addressed by mediation. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals. The parties recognize that the State of Florida has laws which provide for the shifting of the burden of attorney fees. In the interest of reducing the risk and complexity of litigation caused by those laws, the parties agree to waive any rights they may have to attorney fees under those laws.
