Hello there and thanks for checking out my listing..I am selling a rare and very nice condition "maxi-scooter" it is a 2006 Suzuki Burgman 400 "Type S". Suzuki only made these particular models for 2 years 2005-06. I am the original owner of the scooter and it has 4,800 gently riden miles on it. I basicly used the scooter as a commuter bike to my workplace which was only 7 miles away and then sparingly on the weekends. The scooter is in great shape with only a couple minor cosmetic imperfections that are barely noticely by the naked eye, I promise you wont be disappointed in the condition of this bike and its been garage kept its entire life and never riden in the rain. Its top speed is around 85+ MPH and it gets around 55 MPG. I got compliments everywhere I went on this scooter because of its rarity and the aggressive "crotch rocket" look it has. I am only selling the bike because of a recent job loss and could use the money right now. I am not DESPERATE to sell it but it is currently not being rode and I'd like to see someone get some use out of this fantastic looking and riding scooter. I am only 5'1 and the bike would fit a shorter person or great for someone that doesn't like messing with clutches that a typical motorcycle has. The scooter has a very large storage compartment underneath the seat for your helmet or even a small load of groceries which I found to be very convenient. It also has 3 smaller front storage compartment for keys, cellphones, wallets, etc. I have only put Shell Premium fuel into it since new and I have did both oil changes myself with Mobil 1 Synthetic motorcycle oil. I will also throw in a free racing style helmet with the bike that is in excellent barely worn condition since SC doesn't have a helmet law and I rarely used the helmets. I have 2 helmets and were about $200 a piece and you can pick whatever helmet you like. One is size Large and the other is XL. I am asking $2800 for the scooter but shoot me an offer as I am flexable on the price.
