This is a really sharp looking 66 Impala SS. It cruises down the road like the boat it is. You can steer and turn the car with one finger on the steering wheel. Rides and drives perfect. The exterior is in very good shape; originally Lemonwood Yellow and repainted a few years ago to Corvette Red. It also had a complete engine rebuild, new interior, new brakes and wheel cylinders. 327 engine rebuilt to approximately 350 HP with the following modifications: original 202 heads were revealed and hardened seats installed for unleaded gas. Summit 282 intake/292 exhaust, cam installed along with Weiland 8004 intake manifold and 670 Holley Street Avenger Carb/also installed new Th350. Transmission. Replaced exhaust system with Headman HPC chrome headers and 2.5 exhaust with H pipe and Flowmaster mufflers. Water pump was replaced with opposite rotation pump along with billet mounting brackets for power steering pump and alternator along with two electric fans. Interior replacements include new carpet, headliner, front and rear seat upholstery, new door panels and new interior hardware. Only a few thousand miles put on car since it has been redone.
