hey guys i am forced to sell my 98 740i with 95k on it, just bought 05 330xi with 12,000 miles on it, wish i could keep both but i need AWD for work. I have spared no expense on this car, last week i put in a new radiator. my father is a salesman at bmw so you can be sure this car has been maintained. There are many 7 series on ebay, but almost all will have problems such as suspension and engine this one is immaculate i am only selling because i cannot afford two cats, this car has 0 dings and dents So far i have done... new cat converter- (non oem) will set off cel once in a blue moon but i clear it with a obd2 reader new valley pan-last year new hoses-last year valve cover gaskets-last year knock sensor-last year oem brakes and rotors 6 months ago new idler arm and center link Hid headlights new door trim new oem m parallel rims- 2 months ago have basket weaves(winter wheels) with 1 year old contipro contact on front, yokohoma winter tires on rear rocker panels repainted factory black new headlight glass oem all fluids new and topped off, oil was changed 3 months ago Only thing i didnt replace is a lcm which is why my interior lights stay on all of the time i pulled the fuse, i was going to buy the lcm this week but now i bought a new car the lcm is 100 bucks on ebay this car has 0 problems it runs super smooth and quiet and the tech at bmw said its one of the top 5 best e38s hes worked on in a long long time. I DO NOT WANT TO SELL THIS CAR! i begged my father to let me keep both but he will not let me have two cars. I hope someone will give this car some love i have babied and looked after it like my mother. Ie machine polished it with menzerna it has 0 swirls, and it has 3 layers of collinite 915 on it! i wash it every three days regardless of weather. I will be putting it on ebay but maybe someone here would take care of her.
