As you can see this is a BMW Isetta 300 1957 complete frame off restored . But , what really it is, the most revolutionary isetta ever made.After many decades people still fascinated about this little, unique and revolutionary car…why not give it a little upgrade of new technology…….All began with my BMW Isetta 1957. The restoration started with the idea of make it more reliable for this new world , so I decide to replace the old engine and transmission for a Sophisticated Honda Silverwing 2008 compact fuel-injected 600cc dohc parallel twin-cylinder engine with four valves per cylinder that produces 50 bhp at 7500 rpm and 37lb./ft. of torque at 6000 rpm. With only 10,900 miles on it .Compact liquid-cooled and unique ignition timing control to provide smooth acceleration under abrupt gas aplication. The frame of the car was taken off and weld it to the engine frame, everything under specific messurement and level to make it work properly due to the fact of the three wheels basic fisics reasons.After the convination of both frames, the one pice was back to the body to start instaling the new wire harness powerfull 12-volt electrical system. New brake lines and master cylinder, Rear disc 240mm twin-piston caliper to provide stoopping power. A 4.2 gallon fuel tank to provide extended crusing range.Instrumentation includes an analog speedometer and tachometer, with LCD digital displays for odometer, twin tripmeter,fuel,clock and coolant temperature.Indicator light display parking brake (witch is eventually disconnected) fuel injection, v-belt, high beam, oil presure and coolant temperature. The car was re-painted, all the interior reupholstery and new top and tires.Exelent condition in and out, rust free, 100% restored to original (except engine).This is a great car !!!and it is a one men restoration!!
