Very clean & original Volkswagen bus. This model was only produced for the U.S. market from January of 1978 to April 1978. Original paint and interior. Body is overall nice with paint in pretty nice original condition. There are some scratches and dings, as well as fading on factory stripes, however this is a very clean and presentable bus overall. has a functioning factory crank open sunroof that is lots of fun. Interior has a few rips on the seats and heasliner but is all original, no middle seat though. This was originally a California bus and now an Oregon bus, so it is very dry and virtually rust free. There is some cancer at the bottom of the battery tray. Otherwise it is very clean and rust free. Excellent rockers, doglegs, front floors, etc. Newer front brakes and wheel bearings too. We are the third owners and have loved this bus. Unfortunately it blew a rod on us and we can't justify fixing it in this economy. A true original survivor, right down to the wheels.
