I am selling a 1979 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am with good running 400 engine.Car body is in very good condition just has a dent on left front fender.Other then that body is pretty straight.all doors fenders hood trunk lid are all original.Its not a wrecked car or a rust bucket at that!Floors are solid as well as trunk floors.No major rust on car at all if any just suface rust.Frame and under body have no rust.Car has front seats,rear seats,center console and both door panels.It does not have carpet or headliner.All electrical components do work but it will need a new fuse box and some rewiring.Seems the previous owner messed with wires not knowing what they were doing and from it looks like to me was because of a car stereo hookups and amp that well they just made a mess with.Car engine runs great as well as the automatic trans.Engine has aftermarket eldebrock aluminum intake with a double pump holley.Car is driveable but like i said will need some rewiring so all the lights and ignition key will work main and only problem is the fuse box.I checked all electrical components by bypassing the fusebox and just checking what works and what doesnt.everything checked out fine and working.Just fuse box is not passing main power.Car has original snowflake style rims and has dual exhaust flowmasters.all glass is there and windshield has a crack all other glass as well as t-tops are fine.Has power windows,locks and side mirrors.Front disc brakes work and rear brakes may need work.Its pretty much a complete car and not a hard restoration.Seems from color of floors and the car body tag that the car was an original silver color.I know the dash and console were painted over with blue and black was the color under it.Wish i could keep this car but need cash for the holidays.Good luck
