Vehicle Detail
Beautiful 1969 Early Bronco. Strong 351W engine with Edlebrock carburetor and intake manifold. Dual Magnaflow exhaust gives the truck that great muscle car note. Body is in excellent condition with mirror like black paint. 3-speed manual on the floor. Dual gas tanks. 33in Mudterrain BF Goodrich's with good amount of tread left. Electronic Pertronix ignition powered by a new alternator and Optima battery. Power steering. Manual drum brakes all around. Interior has added tachometer, water temp, and voltage meter and fire extinguisher. Security lock box with Sony CD player installed inside ideal for running around without top off. Will include bikini top and roadster door inserts FREE. Also, have a manual top hoist which I will include for $100 from http://www.langeoriginals.com/ It is specially designed for the early Bronco so your top can be lifted and stored in your garage. The top weighs around 350 lbs so this is the only chance you have of removal becoming a one man job. The Bronco came from Palm Springs, California a few years ago so it has close to NO RUST. Since then it has been garage kept and never driven on salted roads. Please contact me if you have any questions or need a picture of a specific area of the truck. I love this truck and expected to drive it forever. We're moving to the city where I won't have a garage so the truck must go. I can't park it on the streets and it would be a shame to put it in storage. I hope it can go to good home. Thanks. On Dec-05-10 at 05:44:24 PST, seller added the following information: Although shipping is the buyer's responsibility, I can refer you to the trucker that shipped it here for me. This will save you hundreds of $$$ on shipping broker fees. Lance the trucker, really cared for the truck and even called me the next day to see how she was running! If you are not local and need to ship the truck, Lance will give you peace of mind that she'll make it to you without a scratch. On Dec-06-10 at 09:34:43 PST, seller added the following information: Thank You for the overwhelming interest in my truck! For everyone's benefit, I'll answer some of the more common questions here: There is NO A/C. Luckily the top comes off! It is four wheel drive and it works It is lifted 6 inches (I believe it was 3 inch suspension lift and 3 inch body lift) Keeps the steering tight yet leaves enough room for those 33 in tires Truck is at zip 07731 if you want to figure out whether you are shipping or not. Unfortunately, I just spoke to Lance and he is no longer transporting cars so you'll have to find someone on your own. Sorry. I drive the truck all the time and consider it a daily driver BUT they are manual drum brakes so if you are not used to that you might not feel comfortable driving it in heavy traffic to get her home. Also, all the lights work except the brake lights and blinkers. The taillights go on with the lights but do not get brighter when you brake or flash when you use the blinker. I'll be posting many more pictures shortly. If you have any areas you want me to focus on, just ask and I'll snap those and post ASAP On Dec-06-10 at 10:21:21 PST, seller added the following information: Pictures! I'll keep adding more. http://s183.photobucket.com/albums/x11/jsickboyr/Bronco/?albumview=slideshow On Dec-06-10 at 10:38:24 PST, seller added the following information: Gauges: The speedometer works well but the stock fuel, temp, oil pressure, and voltage meter do not. If you look at the pics of the dash, you'll see aftermarket temp, oil pressure and battery voltmeter in the center over the fire extinguisher. They work great! A fuel gauge would be nice but with two tanks it was never a concern of mine. There is a manual switch for the tanks under the seat. Also, the carb was just rebuilt a few months ago.On Dec-06-10 at 10:42:07 PST, seller added the following information: Rust: There is NO rust on the body. Any rust is surface rust. You'll find a little on the rear leaf springs.
