This truck is in remarkable shape with only 69,000 origional miles on the vehicle. It is excellent mechanical condition and runs like a top with a lot of power. This model has an inline 6 cylinder engine, a column shift transmission (this model year vehicle was the last to include a column shifter of any vehicle sold in the US) , and comes fully loaded with all the comforts you would not expect of a car its age. The Interior is in great shape with the exception of some sun fading on the seat and the door panels, and the dash is cracked around the dash speaker. The bench seat has not lost its spring and it is very comfortable and the carpet in the truck looks practically new. The truck has functioning AC and a Pioneer Cd player and crisp clear speakers. The body is in great shape with only minor scratches and nicks that you would expect. There is one dent the size of a baseball right beside the right front bumper. The paint is fading on the hood and top but is other wise very good. There is NO RUST on this vehicle. When I first saw the vehicle I expected to lift the bed mat and see a ton of rust but there is none. The bumper has a 3/8" piece of steel attached to the frame with a 2" ball attached for towing. There is a full size spare underneith the truck and the origional jack and tire irons under the hood. The tires on the truck are Champion Se and they have lots of tread left. I am the third owner of this vehicle and I have put fewer than 200 miles on it. I just need funds more than I need another truck right now. The person I bought it from said that the title is a salvage because it was lost and while that doesnt entirely make sense to me, it ultimatley does'nt matter because the vehicle is in amazing condition considering its age. I know the rear window was replaced but all the other glass looks origional. Since I have owned it I replaced the starter celunoid and put a battery in it as well as changeing the oil and all the filters. The truck will come with a battery but not the one pictured in the photos. It is sold as is and can be picked up in old fort NC. Winning bidder must pay with the full amount within seven days.
